Chef Daniel was organized. His recipes and instructions helped us be prepared for cooking class. He gave clear instructions and was able to answer questions about a variety of additions to the paella meal. It was fun to cook together and the meal was totally delicious.

Chef Pierre was great , very professional, enthusiastic, welcoming and friendly.
My wife and I had a great time , good conversation and helpful tips. The meal was amazing and hands down all around wonderful experience!!

Excellent class. Eric is a great teacher. There’s lots of opportunities for hands on experience. I took the Decadent Desserts class, everything we made tasted fabulous! I also picked up lots of tricks I will use when baking at home! Parking is easy in the lot on Overland & Pico or at meters on the street-you just have to monitor the time. I would definitely take another class with Eric!
