Chef Eric's Culinary Classroom

Took the Julia Child class. This is definitely for couples, so come prepared. It is a pretty simple class and you don't get to learn everything by doing it yourself, so just know that (our one disappointment). Eric is very friendly and staff was nice as well. The shared meal at the end was great.

My fiance and I took the knife skills class and we had a blast. The whole experience was fantastic. We learned a lot, we had fun, and we want to go back for more classes. Chef Eric is fantastic, and so is his staff, especially Juana! I highly recommend his Culinary Classroom.

Chef Eric is fantastic, and I highly recommend taking his classes. I wish I could give more than five stars! I took his 4-week cooking class (Basic/Beginner), and I had such a great time learning from him and his staff (Megan was great)! Chef Eric is personable, energetic and such a great teacher (of all levels). He gives you great cooking tips/hacks and is hands on and very helpful whenever you have questions. It was such a warm and welcoming environment, and I also made new friends in class over the course of the month. I gained so much knowledge and confidence from the course that I went from practically being afraid in the kitchen when it started to wanting to try new recipes at home when it ended. I really enjoyed the format of the class, how much we learned and the recipes we made every week. The class really got me outside of my comfort zone and Im so grateful for the experience. Chef Eric and his wife Jennie are wonderful and I definitely plan on taking another class in the future!
