Avis Car Rental

This place was initially what I had in mind but was a solid backup plan. I booked my reservation in advance, got to LAX, and the difference in price by location was approximately $500. I Ubered to this location, the staff was generous and pleasant upon arrival. They were informative about all questions asked and gave detailed information. The restroom areas were clean, and the car was rented at a fair value. My only complaint is when I returned the car it was 1 gallon shy of being full and the manager made a big deal out of it. Overall, I didn't have any problems with the rental process

Avis will rob you if you cancel your rental especially online $150 bucks to be exact they ought to be ashamed of their selves for being so thirsty and rude Im super good on yall

I booked a prepaid car more than 48 hours before the pick-up, the money was debited on my account, then I received a text message CONFIRMING that the car was available at .... another location. As You cannot reply to those text msgs, I emailed the address provided to ask for a clarification, but did not receive a reply. Then, I received another text msg in a poor English, indication that there would be no car available at this location and advising to call other location or customer service. I called customer service, for them to fix the issue and they, instead, transferred me to this station. The agent over there said "Unfortunately, we will not be able" then the call got disconnected. They did not bother to call me although they had my reservation and my information, which includes my phone #. Aggravation guaranteed at this station, which apparently is poorly supervised by Avis Corporate. The overall Google rating is justified.
