Alex is awesome!! I needed to get my bumper replaced and my car looks like new!  Alex is so professional, thoughtful and takes care of his customers so well.  I usually dread the car repair process because it's hard to find a shop that's reliable and professional.  Well not this time, working with Alex on my car repairs was great!  He make the process easy and really smooth and keep me informed the whole time through.  This is your shop if you're looking for a reliable and trustworthy car repair shop. The best!! If I need any other repairs in the future, I will definitely be back.

They have been incredible. Unfortunately I crash my cars a lot, so over the last 10 years they have fixed my Audi Q7, Porsche Cayenne Turbo, and Cayenne Diesel. They do an amazing job, I always get the car back better than it was before the crash. I never had the resale value affected by the crash, after they finish there is no sign of the accident. One time with the Cayenne Turbo they were able to diagnose a problem with the air suspension that even the dealership couldn't figure out. If you have any special requests they do a great job taking care of you. I would never go anywhere else now.

First time I used this Rick's Auto Body Shop, and I'm a happy customer!!! The insurance company was a headache, but Alex helped me through the process and spoke to them. Just picked up my car, and the shop did an amazing job!! Wouldnt have known I got into an accident. Thank you so much! If you're in the Highland Park area, and you're in an accident/fender bender.. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND GOING TO RICK'S BODY SHOP!!! 10/10

I usually dread having to deal with auto repairs, but I had a great experience at this auto shop and Im very happy with the auto body work they did.
