Was in an accident and a tow truck came and told me that he works for a body shop that is fully certified, they don't charge for tow, they are known for working with big incurance companies etc. Come to find out the next day my insurance updates me and tells me this company is not good and that my insurance was going to have to take the car to where it was actually certified. My insurance disputed with them because they tried keeping my car saying it was my decision to take it there. My incurance informed them that the tow truck came for me with out being called, the company says they pay tow trucks for picking up cars and taking them there. This place is a scam. My incurance had to argue with them

I don't know about the negative reviews on here.... I had a great experience. The people who work there are beyond friendly and accommodating. And my car looks like brand new again.

I don't normally rank any business a full 5 stars (unless their work was perfect and free of charge), and I usually ignore anyone else's 5 star rating. But this place is impressive. First the basics: the damage was properly repaired and the car was spotless inside and out upon delivery. And the cost was negotiated with the insurance company, so I can't comment about price. But their service made my life so much easier! They stay open until 7p if necessary for both dropoff and pickup, which is a real plus for us working folk. They kept me updated with regular phone calls as to the progress of the job. They worked very well with my insurance company. They arranged for my rental car, at a more than fair price, and had it waiting for me when I dropped my car off (at 6:45p!!). And they arranged for the car's return (again, at 6:45p at the body shop) when the job was finished. What more can one ask for?
