I wish there was a 0 star, I would have given that. This is by far the worst management that I have had to bear. Nina and the whole staff are an absolute horror show. They will not fix anything. They will give you notice of 5 minutes before entering your home. I am stuck here for another 5 months because of my lease. Go checkout other places like Barrington Plaza and Westpark Village. My friends live there and are cheaper, better and they actually fix things on your apartment.

I have lived here for almost 5 years. And it was by far one of the best experiences all over LA. CONS (coz that might be most important): - Pricey - Noisy neighbors might be bothersome (Walls are thin) - Sensitive Smoke alarm system. For those who cook this might be an issue. Ventilate. PROS: - the building is cleaned daily. I have not seen this anywhere! They really take care of the property and it is nice to know. There are students at the building and let's be honest they mostly never care about people around them. But that is personality's issue not property's. Bottom line: the mess is always cleaned. The halls are vacuumed and trash rooms are cleaned. (This is when you see what you are paying for, coz before this building we lived in AO on Colorado and 4K price for two bed would GUARANTEE you step in dog's faces in the hall at least every other day! Ugh) - Your water bill is covered! - You get a fireplace in the apartment. (I personally never used it because of a young child but isn't it a cool perk?) - The pool is heated. I miss this one so much! Plus I feel like they used less or different chemicals for the pool and jacuzzi as I never got irritation like in other places and it never has this weird chloride odor. - Laundry is available on every floor. They do lock in at night (to prevent noise to neighbors) but I never had issues. They use card system not coins so thats a plus too. - Area is great! Highly walkable and close to everything. - Covered Parking. Plenty of room. - Extremely fast maintenance response. I've notices some previous reviews say that the management does not rush into having your issues resolved. For me this was never the case. The longest it ever took was two days for replacement of a part and it was because they needed to order it. I would just leave a request filled or call it in and by the time I am back from work all was done. Among most often requests were sink disposal cleaning and bulb replacements. - Clear upfront deposit criteria. I have lived here with a kid and our walls took some damage... Plus there was another unsuccessful attempt of putting a TV mount on the wall. Due to time spent here and policies in the contract I was very happy to get my deposit back in almost full amount. Note they ask for a higher deposit but they did give it back so no issues here. - Tenants are mainly professionals. Never seen a night party or random crowd inside. - Night security. I always felt safe. Just know. Management may seem distant at first but I felt it first hand that living here longer makes a difference, as I had some disagreements at first (pet policy). But after all this time I can say that I had less disputes with managers at this property than anywhere else. And it was never escalated.
