Archer Hollywood

I moved in here last October and couldn’t be happier. If you want to put yourself in the center of Hollywood you found it with Archer Hollywood. Very convenient if your in the entertainment field for getting places you need to be. Its practically new with plenty of security, beautiful roof top lounging and great views. Pool ,Jacuzzi, theater, rec room and work rooms and under ground parking. The security guards and cleaning staff are very friendly and helpful. Something goes wrong in your apartment just fill out a form online and its taken cared of quickly. Management is the best!! Fernanda is very friendly and helpful, To me shes like family. She constantly keeps us informed of whats going on by emails. I just signed another years lease without any hesitation. Five stars here in my opinion. Smile and be happy! Expect no hot water/shower at times. Management could care less about it. Electric bill is divided among all tenants. I pay close to $100 for 550 sq ft apartment. Ridiculous. Do not move here.

WARNING!!! YOU CANT BREAK YOUR LEASE AND THEY WONT HELP YOU FIND A NEW TENANT TO TAKE OVER, DIDNT FOLLOW RULES ON THEIR OWN CONTRACT!!! WORST MANAGEMENT AND MAINTENANCE team ever!!! I call the leasing office then they tell me to call management and they dont even pick up and then the voicemail box is full and maintenance took a week to fix my broken towel rack, and said they would come tomorrow and dont even show up but its fixed after a week and its crooked lol.

Amazing place, with great management indeed. Located in the heart of everything, a perfect place to live in Hollywood. Thank you so much, Fernanda, for always finding time for me and being so helpful.
