Living at the Houdini house has been a great experience. The house is very clean and convenient to West Hollywood. The house is a safe environment to work on, and transition to, life in recovery. I made life long friends here who are very supportive of my sobriety. Being part of the LGBTQ+ community, I couldnt be happier with the experience Ive had at the Houdini house. There is a huge LGBTQ+ sober community in West Hollywood, and living at Houdini played a major part in introducing me to the LGBTQ+ sober community in LA.

As a client, I love living in a location off of Laurel Canyon because it feels remote enough but yet convenient enough to what West Hollywood offers. The Houdini House also has a magical component to its location near Harry Houdini Estates gardens. The location allows time to meditate, drive to a near gym in the valley, and connect with friends down the canyon. I love living here. Its quite, clean, and safe. The house manager Don is AMAZING!!!

Located on the historic property of the Houdini Estate in Laurel Canyon, this may be my favorite of Westwinds sober living houses. The house itself is very clean & spacious, yet warm & cozy (fireplace included)! With beautiful architecture & surrounded by a sense of nature, it adds an element of seclusion away from the noise of the city. However, its also only a 5 minute drive down the canyon & youre back in the action if needed. In my opinion, this location gives you the best of both worlds. I would highly recommend this house to anyone looking for a comfortable & safe space to nurture & further their journey in sobriety. Westwind nailed it with this one!
