This in NOT a false business. I know because I am living here now. My experience has been great. As far as intake goes, I texted the number given and PJ called me back immediately. I had been looking for a sober living that allowed dogs. To my surprise, THEY ALLOW DOGS! It is very difficult to find a sober living that does. So I arranged for a tour the next day. I brought the dog so we both could meet everyone. It has 7 bedrooms, 4 are singles, 3 are doubles. It has 3 full bathrooms. It is very well appointed and comfortable. It also has a huge back yard for the dog to run around in. There's 4 parking spaces in back. Fruit trees of fig, pomegranate, lemon, & orange. Wireless internet and cable tv with Showtime and HBO Max included. Two TV rooms, one upstairs and one downstairs. Kitchen with dishwasher, Ninja blender, and plenty of counter space. Laundry room. Two refrigerators. Outdoor grill. Weight set out back. The price is a little higher that other sober livings for a couple of reasons: LOCATION & FOOD is INCLUDED. Thats right, one of the guys makes a food run twice a week to get whatever you want. He'll go to VONS or COSTCO. Just make a list and he'll pick it up for you. The LOCATION can not be beat. Its on the Westside of LA, wedged in between Culver City and Marina Del Rey. Also close to Venice Beach and Santa Monica. Two great dog parks nearby. Rent is month to month with no deposit required. No credit check. Stay a month, stay a year, stay a decade, but just stay sober. This is also considered transitional living approved by probation/parole officers. You also can get mail here. The owner Dave is a member of the Pacific Group. So I am now too. Its over 300 people at the big Wednesday night meeting. They also have various meetings every day of the week. Rides to meetings can be coordinated with other guys. So you will definitely be connected to other sober people. Its also a very safe place. Any drug use will not be tolerated. I feel strongly that no one living here now is using either alcohol or drugs. In closing, I'll say that the Gilmore House is a great place to live. Both me and my dog are very happy here!

This business does not exist or has closed. Tried to call to admit a relative but the phone rings to someones cell phone. I even tried to go in person and the place looks breathless. No answer. Look elsewhere
