Donald and his organization are the most shady people I’ve ever met. They illegally trespassed on a property I wholesaled to them to try to get the tenants out of the property that I gave to them. I’m addition the signed a fee agreement and never paid anyone because they run concurrent escrows. Donald bake has no integrity when it comes to business.He ignored the agent and all parties involved through the entire transaction on 1710 Miramar Los Angeles.
