Phillip Dominguez is an absolute gem in the real estate world. He has a great deal of patience and knowledge which was so helpful for a first time buyer. I never felt pressured, just well informed. He got me through the transaction effortlessly and I really couldnt have asked for a smoother process. I will be giving him a call when it comes time for me to build my portfolio.

Phillip was such a joy to work with - he helped us purchase our home, then helped us find tenants when we became first time landlords. In both roles, he was responsive, insightful and quickly assessed and found what we needed. He also chose excellent professionals to assist us (lenders, background check providers, etc), which was a big help and gave us confidence in these complex processes. He continues to be a resource for us and we will choose him for any real estate needs in the future.

Having done business with 3 realtors now (one of which was recent in WA) I can say with confidence that Phillip was by far the best. He really wants to get to know the who, what, when, where, and why of his clients. His drive, professionalism, and always having your best interest at the forefront makes it easy to adamently reccomend him. I have had the pleasure to have him by my side both to buy and sell, the later of which was during a time where life was giving me lemons. Through it all Phillip was able to turn those lemons into lemonade. What I had bought with his guidence I was able to sell for 1.3 times the original cost just two years later. I Honestly do not know where I would be today without Phillips savvy help.
