Dr. Prasad is a really great optometrist. Hes thorough and answers all of your questions. The three stars is for the office staff. Not great, just mediocre. Also, do your research beforehand. You may not need all of the additions to your prescription (ex premium glare guard, blue light tech etc). You could pay a lot of money for something that may not be necessary. The optician tried to add these to my bill, she quickly rattled off the additional charges. I asked her to slow down and explain what they were, afterwards I realized I didnt need the extra stuff. Ask what your insurance covers too. So you can get frames within your budget.

Just called and Monica told me there is no appointments until 29 December 2020, thumbs down, didn't gave me an option, and neither care.
Update to the reply: I was not given that option, the alternate/waiting list, that's the reason for this review.

I am very pleased...the only eye doctor that got my prescription correct....I can see and beautiful frames...
