I had a great experience with this location. The front desk 10 stars, and Dr. Go 10 stars. Everyone from Jacqueline to all the staff in the front desk, thank you so much!! The doctor was amazing, they fit me in for a eye appointment with debris in my eye, the doctor was extremely delicate, and extremely professional. They made me feel welcomed, the front desk is the nicest I've ever met:) I highly recommend this location. I would give them 10 stars if I could. I recommend this place to friends and family 100%. I saw Dr. Ridenour three days ago. Ive been really upset since then. Im a person with naturally big eyes, not bulging, just big. Dr. Ridenour said You have really big eyes, have you had your thyroid checked? I was shocked, confused, and hurt. No doctor has ever said I should have my thyroid checked because of bulging eyes. No one has ever told me anything about my eyes other than theyre beautiful. I dont think an eye doctor should be flippantly telling a patient to have their thyroid checked unless they are absolutely certain theres a need for it. Do I really need to get my thyroid checked or is he just new to his profession? Either way, I dont trust his advice. I dont think he should be on his own until he learns the difference. I will never go back to that place. I feel so embarrassed and hurt.
