Dr Tania I've seen professional and polite enough until inquiring on the length of time our transportation takes to pick us up from the establishment as well as assumed I was the reason for my scars and loss of my left eye when I was the victim on each occasion of my traumas not the aggressor the gentleman showing us/my wife the frames seem to be rushed hurried to get rid of us being a Medi-Cal Medical recipients sometimes you get treated with less enthusiasm at high end locations it seemed as though we were rushed in a passive aggressive type way being a interracial couple my wife being the Caucasian was served fully I wasn't even shown any frames just told how much money I needed to bring for my lenses that i have no frames picked out to put in. Being one that suffers from PTSD bipolar depression it's going to be a little difficult when I take them the down payment for my lenses that I have no frames picked out for. I'm sure they don't expect me to bring $150 down payment and I will update you when when it occurs let's hope for a better experience

When we first came in they had a look on their face like we weren't suppose to be there but once the Dr called us to the everything changed
