I wanted flowers delivered to my long distance partner. They live in a gated community, so I left a note in my order to call me when they got to the gate. The delivery person did not read the memo, so did not deliver the flowers. However, the owner made it right and delivered the flowers themselves later that evening, even including some high quality chocolates for free.As for the flowers themselves, I wasn't impressed. I paid for "contemporary" instead of "juniors" assuming this meant more flowers, but honestly I'm not sure what I actually paid for (I think a nicer vase), as the website doesn't explain. The pictures online didn't match the arrangement, the colors, flowers, and fillers were all different. On delivery, all the roses already looked like they were aging.I wasn't going to write a review, until I saw this. One of the lillies had a broken stem and had been taped together with green tape. Needless to say, that lilly wilted very quickly. If I'm paying $100 for a bouquet, please just get me another flower which isn't broken. Wow.

I had been in contact with her from the night I placed the order until the next day when she delivered it. She didn't know I was having it delivered to myself so I could bring it with me to give to my mum. The whole time we were texting each other, not once did she mention she was out of roses, and I had ordered the rose bouquet. It wasn't until after I told her that I ordered them that she was all "oh hi sorry, we ran out of roses." She said they'd be getting mor3 in the next week and she'd bring me the correct vouquet free of charge, but it's been over a week since the day she said she'd bring the new flowers and I haven't heard anything from her. She tried to pull one over on me, and she won. I paid for a dozen rose bouquet and got a bouquet full of half dead lillies.

Im the first to tell you that flowers are a waste of cash. However, after seeing how happy they made my girlfriend and how nice the arrangement was I will order from them again and feel good about it.

Sarah is the best florist! I ordered a funeral arrangement over the phone and Sarah was extremely helpful! I deeply appreciate her great customer service and excellent communication! The flowers were absolutely beautiful! I highly recommend My Fresh Flower Delivery!

I recently ordered from Sarah at My Fresh Flowers, and not only were the 3 different bouquets beautiful, but the experience was easy peasy. Sarah worked within my budget to create some gorgeous Mother's Day bouquets, and she was so friendly. Not only did the flowers turn out just like I'd hoped, but she delivered them nearby and impressed everyone who received the bouquets. Definitely consider My Fresh Flower Delivery if you want a spot-on experience!
