I chose this based upon it's proximity to the intended recipient, I had a great and helpful conversation over the phone with Michelle and ordered an arrangement to be delivered later that day. The delivery never happened. I never received any phone calls about potential payment or delivery issues, and when I called back the day after to find out what happened I was told I had the wrong phone number. After double checking, and calling a second time I went through to the voice mail of the shop. Completely unacceptable, they can't even take responsibility for their mistakes.

Very Professional & Beautiful Arrangements. I called to deliver condolences flowers to my cousin-in-law who lost her brother last week and gave a price range for what I wanted to spend. Sharon asked me a few questions about what I was looking for and then offered to send me a photo of what the arrangement would look like which I thought was wonderful! She even gave me two options to choose from via photo. I ended up going with a living plant with flowers mixed in. Another thing that was awesome is that when they delivered the flowers, the lady explained to to my cousin how it is a plant and the flowers are in a vase inside and the vase can be reused and the plant kept for at least a year (or however long the plant lives). Anyway, they have very detailed professional service here and I will definitely use them again! Highly recommended.
