Worst clinic ever. Staff is no help. Apparently they dont have a set schedule to speak to someone because they dont know when anyone is working. They gave me and my obgyn the run around for weeks just for an ultrasound for my pregnancy. Cant wait to change my pcp.

Very attentive, regardless of time, hell check update you with whatever you may medically need.

If you need refills, I suggest you call them one or two weeks before you run out, just to have that cushion for anything that could and will go wrong. Dr. Nguyen is such a great dr, but it isn't enough for more than a two star rating for this clinic. Something needs to be changed with how the front office staff handles refill requests. It's so very frustrating trying to get refills. Sometimes they get the refills right, but MOST TIMES they DON'T. I wish there was a less frustrating way to get refills for prescriptions other than over the phone. I don't know if there is a language barrier, or if they're just not paying attention to what is being said or needed, or if they've got too much on their plates? They say they're writing it down for the doctor or nurse practitioner to review, but I wonder what it is they're writing down, because when the refills come thru, it's most times WRONG. It won't get right until after I've called for the third time and they hear the frustration and upset in my voice. Yes, I always end up having to call them multiple times for them to finally get it right. I hope they can find another way to get refill requests thru before I run out of hair to pull.
