        Have an appointment today and got here early based on their request. The security officer stated that I couldnt enter until 1 although their lunch hours display 12:45. Me and several other patients are sitting out in the cold and have been refused from sitting inside the lobby. For a place that doesnt want you to get sick, sitting is 50 degree weather in rain outside is pretty inhumane and lackadaisical. Ill be transferring after today because theres no way I would allow anyone to sit out in the freezing cold like this while they sat and exchanged gifts at the front desk. Ridiculous.
