    I have recently moved, I was very stressed out with the set up of a new washer and dryer. The Technician Henrik set up my new washer and dryer. He made sure everything was safe and Working properly. It was so convenient to pay for service by debit.

    7 months ago, Miguel from PCAR's Long Beach location came out to my home to fix a broken fridge light. He said the control board needed to be replaced and the company charged me $350 in addition to the $85 service fee. Fast forward 7 months later and the fridge light is out again. I had to implore them to come out to see it. Sean said they only provide a 3-month warranty on parts and said they'd put in a new part. When I asked how they knew it wasn't a faulty part he hesitated a bit; after talking to his manager, Sean agreed to send Miguel out again free of charge. Miguel showed up, took a look and said it was the control board that needed to be replaced. I told him it didn't make any sense and wasn't fair to have to pay $400+ after only 7 months. He said he'd write me a new estimate for a new control board and left it at that. The entire time they've had an attitude and have been difficult to work with. And three months warranty on a part and service that costs hundreds of dollars to not even last one year? Friends, stay away!

    Nicole, maybe you are not familiar with business law and ethical business practices?"BAIT AND SWITCH" - (meaning): a sales tactic in which a customer is attracted by the advertisement of a low-priced item but is then encouraged to buy a higher-priced one. this sales tactic is considered FRAUD! This is exactly what "TREATMENT" I received from your company!  This is not a personal matter, although a business matter. Bottom line, I was quoted $85, without anyone asking if it was "stacked appliance"?It is the company's responsibility for asking the customer details on the appliance before making an honest quote.I am sure I am not the only potential customer with STACKABLE appliances? And I would hope you do not TREAT all your potential customers by blaming the customer for your companies lack of giving appropriate QUOTES then doubling the price to $170 - and then saying to the customer "I am a bad person and mistreated anyone?" It's bad business practices that I am a victim of!  don't try blaming me for anything, my review revealed what honestly transpired!Monday 3/13/23 after the last response.- THE STARS  ARE EARNED BY CUSTOMER RATING OF THE WAY A COMPANY CONDUCTS BUSINESS they are not personal "emoji's"based on "treatment" or "feelings"!Again, this is not a personal matter so please do not ASSUME that "my feelings being hurt"over any of this BUSINESS MATTER! It is the of the way your company does business ethically and RESPONSIBLY! And those STARS  earned! Not just given as an expression! The stars reflect how well or how poor your company does business,The biggest mistake any organization makes with customers is not performing ethically or responsibly! Arguing and blaming customers is not helping your business, but hurting your business! Go back and actually READ your reviews then READ YOUR RESPONSES TO YOUR ($ money) CUSTOMERS! I've never heard money arguing with anyone, HAVE YOU? AND, if any organization wanted to make $$$ money they must conduct business professionally not personally and arguing with its customers! Save your business by loosing the ATTITUDE and not making this a personal matter!
