I went into this location to shop for a new dryer because mine had stop working. Instead of selling me a dryer right away Tommy recommended to check it out first through there repair guy to see if my problem was fixable. The repair was $99. I got an appointment in less than 24 hours. Sure enough, the problem was fixable. They had both parts and were able to fix it the same day. I was so happy and relieved that everything went smoothly and didn't have to spend $$$ for a new dryer. Tommy could've sold me a dryer costing me $700+ but instead he saved me some money and took care of me. I will forever be a loyal customer. Jonathon the repair guy was also very persistent in making sure I was going to be taking care of right away. He had great communication and follow up. From start to finish, I hade exceptional customer service. Thank you Johnnie's appliances.

i had been looking for a new refrigerator to replace my small one, i came in and not only did i find exactly what i needed but the customer service and knowledge from Ms. Laura was great! i definitely recommend this place for appliances. She was great help!
