Richard came out and cleaned our carpets for us and did a fantastic job. He is straight to the point, professional and no hidden fees. We also had him clean our couch and he did a fantastic job with that as well. Our carpets were pretty dirty and he did a great job getting the stains out and making them look a lot better. He didn't use any harsh chemicals and the house did not smell like chemicals at all when he was done. Everything smelled very fresh and was nice. Also the carpets were not overly soaked like they are sometimes when you get your carpets cleaned. Thank you very much Richard for doing a professional job
