The customer service is top notch, the carpets? Not so much. My carpets aren't two years old, have no pet stains(or hair, we have no pets), and yet are "so filthy they should be thrown out" after I told him the dime sized spots around the carpet were still there after the carpets dried. Mike didn't like this response, so he texted me a week later to complain about the review. Two... Is two stars better? I don't understand what this does for anyone.
