        Oliver is amazing!!! I recently moved and was having the hardest time changing my Internet service over the phone. I decided to call the ATT store instead and see if I could go in to get some help moving my service. I am so glad Oliver was there to save the day. He went above an beyond assisting me in setting up everything I needed for a last minute move and turned what was a stressful experience completely around. If you are in need of internet in the LA area go to ATT store and ask for Oliver!

        Seems to be pretty common for people working here to straight up lie to get out of doing their job. Also, after talking to support on the phone, I learned that if I wouldve done what they told me then my phone would have been sent to the wrong place and lost forever.
