Tom McInally - State Farm Insurance Agent

I had contacted several insurance companies during the past week. Some never called me back. Others waited until I was about an hour into the process before they informed me that they could not insure a commercial vehicle. Liz at State Farm was great. She walked me through the process, and got it done. She was the best! That would have been good enough, but on top of that, my rates at State Farm are half of what I was paying at my former insurance company, and I never received this kind of service from them.

I would like to thank Liz for always providing such great service. I have had Liz for over 20 years. Liz has always been professional, and very knowledge, she is efficient. It is because of her great service that I have stayed with State Farms. I am loyal to her. I always love speaking with her!

I rarely post reviews of my interactions with various companies, but felt compelled to do so in this case. After a thorough analysis, I am fortunate to have decided to utilize State Farm for all of my insurance needs, including home, auto, earthquake, umbrella and life. Not only are their prices the best, but the customer service at State Farm has always been very prompt and responsive. As far as Tom McInally's office in Lakewood, CA I can't say enough about the staff. I typically interact with one of them on the phone, but have also visited on a few occasions. Audrey, Liz, Rosie, Natasha, Keiko and Lisa always provide exemplary customer service and are pleasant and professional. I wish that I dealt with more businesses like this on a daily basis!!

Like always great service, employees are very nice, very great team and very Helpful, walking in to Toms Mclnallys office is like walking into my own house, I sleep with a peace of mind because I know Im in good hands, thats the reason why Im still with them. Never had issues with my claims or coverages, I have been with State Farm since 2003 and Im still here. 20 years and counting its funny because I started back in 2003 with my first Toyota Corolla and here is my new addition to my family this 2023 Toyota Corolla as well. thank you Tom and team!!
