I am extremely pleased with the excellent service I received from Francisco and Farmers Insurance in California! I highly recommend this company to anyone looking for reliable car insurance and a team that truly cares about their customers.
Getting car insurance here has been a difficult task lately. Many companies deny coverage out of the gate, especially for those who have recently obtained a driver's license, even if they have had a license from another country for several years. Furthermore, the few insurers available are charging exorbitant prices and still require many days to start coverage, which is completely impractical, as by law we are required to have insurance.
However, my experience with Francisco and Farmers Insurance was completely different. From the first contact, he treated me in a very friendly and professional manner. The most incredible thing was that he spoke my native language, Brazilian Portuguese, perfectly! This made all the difference, as I was able to explain my needs and fully understand the process without any language barriers.
Francisco was extremely agile at all stages, from the quote to the issuance of the policy. He understood my situation and found the best solution for me. Additionally, Farmers Insurance offers comprehensive and reliable coverage, which gave me even more peace of mind. Everyone I've talked to who uses it recommends it.
