I am stuck in LA for 2 months plus work extending several months. So not a resident but here for awhile. Staff was rude. I signed up for a free day pass to check this place out. What do you mean it is not free because I am not a resident of Cali. It says nothing about it on the sign up. I need to be a within 7 miles. Say what. I live in Redondo. Closest is Long Beach and Lakewood? Is this a joke. Instead I was charged 22 dollars for 1 day. Scam. I will take myself to LA fitness. At least they are more accommodating. Girl at the desk worried about her job. Let me sign the guest pass waiver. Hold my ID. So much for trying out a gym to see if I like it. Lost a member. Bye.

The place is dirty. The manager has a bad attitude. Machines are always broken. The bathrooms are nasty.But the manager got upset with me on Thursday 3/21/24 stating all machines are working, these pictures are from 3/23/24. So she said I have to pay more after being a member for over 7 years and have seen the quality go down not even a 24 hour club anymore the urinal has been broken over 3 weeks not worth 300 dollars a year
