24 Hour Fitness

I called this location because all I wanted was one simple question answered. Are the basketball courts also open 24 hours? Sounds easy enough right? Well, to speak to someone, I had to say what I was calling about, enter my check-in code, birthday, and last 4 digits of my credit card on file. With my anger levels rising, I hung up. It should be this difficult to speak to someone.

The bathroom looks like a murder crime based on filthiness I have never seen anything like and the sanitation staff is very unfriendly

Update There is no change on equipment. It seems the response was a generic one to negative reviews. The weights are scattered all over the place. There is only one foam roller that is falling apart, there is no balance ball, some small weights only have one weight so they can't be used as a pair The equipment is old and some weights are missing. There aren't enough smaller weights. There is no balance ball and foam rollers for stretching. People don't put the weights back so they are scattered all over the place. The gym is large and it has swimming pool and spaces for classes on the first and the second floor. The parking lot is shared. The locker room is fairly clean.
