ordered a purple orchid arrangement (premium) to be sent to a friends memorial service. At first everything was friendly and professional. I paid by credit card and they promised to send me a photo of the product and card when the order was complete. I never heard back from them. I left voice messages, text messages and sent them emails to inquire if the order was delivered. Absolute silence for 10 days. I am going to call my credit card company to dispute the $118 that I paid. I dont think the order was ever executed. Customers beware!

Stay away from this sketchy "floral" business. Physical address shows a sign saying "by appointment only" and has nothing inside. They'll take your money and won't respond to you. You're better off growing your own flower.

I ordered flowers for my SO using their website, just over 2 weeks before our anniversary. I was hesitant, given some very poor reviews. However, they delivered on Sundays, unlike some other florists. Come Sunday, there was no delivery. Next day, I received an email saying the flowers were delivered. Over the next few days, I tried reaching out to the vendor- calling multiple times and leaving multiple voice-mails. However, I was unable to get a hold of anyone. Absolutely poor customer service. Would not recommend.

I ordered flowers on their website on a Tuesday to be delivered on the next day. Received email confirmation so everything was good to go. On Thursday, I received an email from them asking how I enjoyed the delivery, so I assumed they were delivered as requested. Friday morning, I asked my friend if she received her flowers and she had not. I called the florist's listed number, but it's only an answering service and they can only pass along messages to the florist. 3 hours later and I haven't heard back. Tried calling again, but the person who answered couldn't help and told me the only way to speak directly with them is to walk into the store. I am 2 hours away so this is not possible. Absolute ripoff.
