I ordered flowers online. I then received a call telling me that he knew that the price is what is online but it is way too low and would need $10 more. I said, it's already $20 over the price of the flowers with delivery, fees, and the tax. He said, "Ok, I cancel."

I ordered an arrangement for for a very special Mother to be delivered today. She actually got it yesterday and the timing could not have been more perfect. The arrangement wasn't exactly like what I had ordered. It was better! Thank you for helping me make a very special lady feel so special!

I ordered a special arrangement for a funeral. The order was placed online. A few hours later I received a phone call telling me that they needed to charge me more money because it was a lot of work. I told them, that I paid the amount that was listed on their site. The man told me, well its a lot of work and that price is wrong. He would not honor my price. Very disappointing and bad business.
