I normally hate to go into a Verizon store because most of the time the customer service is horrible. Most of the time they can't help me and tell me to call customer service. When I walked into this store at the mall I was not excited and just wanted to ask my question and get out.I just wanted to see if they carried screen protectors for my phone. I was greeted by Diego. He was very friendly an helpful. I rcvd th best customer device I ever had from a Verizon store. It was explained to me that the store is a franchise but can assist me with any of my cell phone needs. From now on I will go to the Verizon store at the Latin hills mall as I rate the store by my house sucks. Diego assisted me with putting on my screen protector as I always screw them up. He did not have to do that.Diego went above of what he needed to do. I was very appreciative of this.

Diamond Verizon in Laguna Hills, CA is a sham store that tries to act like they are a legitimate Verizon store. I was at their store for FIVE HOURS, trying to purchase/activate two new I-Phones. I was set aside and made to wait while they serviced new customers as they walked in. They actually used one of MY cell phones to make a call for another customer in the store. They ultimately had to send me to the REAL Verizon store in Lake Forest, which they conveniently called, "the Verizon corporate office." While at the "corporate office," I discovered I would have received a better deal if I had started out there. Also, Diamond had switched a phone number incorrectly, which left my son (in another city) with no cell service. ZERO rating by me.

This store represents itself as an authorized distributor for Verizon wireless. They sold us a phone cover for our new IPHONE 6 and while putting the cover on the Phone they scratched the glass face. When we requested they fix the problem they referred us to a Verizon store which told us they are not affiliated with. We returned to them afterwards and they attempted to remove the scratches with a cloth and plain water then claimed they had to order the scratch removing solution. We called their corporate office who started the blame game stating the phone was already scratched before they touched it and suggesting we were lying. Their corporate office then stated they have video tape to prove they did not scratch the phone when we had already requested they check their video at the store to show their sales person handling the phone and their sales person stated the tape would not show the counter itself.Diamond Wireless refused to give us names of people at their corporate office saying they own over 400 stores and cannot give information out.We intend civil recourse in the courts and will make sure everyone we know steers clear of any Diamond Wireless stores.

Diamond Store DONT SHOP HERE they like to Lie to customer just to sell something to you, they like to steal money from customer . they offer to give me rebate money since 3/28 until today that money never came back to me . Im trying to talk with them they want me to forget about it because is too late now, when they told me to wait 3 months.. I CANT BELIEVE LIERS !!

I don't know what is up with all these negative reviews! I came in with a terrible old phone that hadvbeen giving me problems, and decided to come in to see if I were eligible for an early upgrade, I found out I wasn't and was really upset because I was tired of my phone dying on me all the time. I've also always had terrible service with other verizon wireless stores were i wanted to leave screaming, but Arthur and Tristan here were so helpful and friendly they thought of every possibility to try an get me the new iPhone. They even came up with an idea for me that only brought my bill up to only $10 more a month , and that's only because I asked to purchase the warranty, which I didn't have on my previous phone. They even searched the back of the store for the iPhone gold for me. I am so happy that they were able to take care of all the needs I came in with, and I am leaving the store so stoked! I will always come back to this Verizon store.
