        I've had game stop pro for several years now I don't use it much but I was happy to help this company, I saw a email that said my reward points are expiring soon, so I stopped by to use them , the guy said they are expired and acted roboticaly , I realized email was from 5 days ago and the emails were going into my promotions not primary. He didn't apply the extra $5 off and said since December the rules changed and points get expired , I canceled membership after using it 1 last time .

        Was given a gamestop giftcard as a gifr. Apparently you cant use their own giftcards to purchase Steam giftcards, making it useless to me.
