"Judie" Kail is a very bad property manager. If you need a repair done, she will do the bare minimum. I had a leak in the bathroom last year and it took 6 visits to fix it. This year a major leak caused the whole subfloor to be soaked. "Judie" tried telling me maintenance couldn't get in, but she didn't coordinate her lies. I left the door open for him and he already started the repair. If you are thinking about renting an old LB property from this person, think twice about doing business with this unscrupulous woman. I don't usually give reviews but I just wanted to give a shout out and thank u to Sydney at Kail. I had one weekend to find a place amid this whole COVID 19 ordeal and not only did she get me into an amazing place but she had it painted and new blinds put in before I moved in! She also took care of any other details after. This girl is really in her element and cares about what she is doing always with a smile on her face dressed to the T and ready to take care of bussiness ! Thank you Sydney!

I have been renting from Kail for the past two or more years. I rented from them as well several years ago. I think they are just great. Karli (I may have spelled your name wrong, sorry) has been wonderful to deal with. If something goes wrong, they have someone out immediately to repair whatever needs repairing. Karli is very good natured and very helpful. Karli is a very good person to deal with and is very concerned if something goes wrong to make it right as quickly as possible. Justin is a good guy and easy to work with and so is Judy Kail. This company has been in Laguna Beach for many, many years. I am happy to rent from them and actually would give them "100 stars." I have no complaints whatsoever and am grateful for their quick response when I have needed their assistance. Also, the contractors they have sent out are amazing: electrical, construction, landscapers - absolutely top notch and wonderful to deal with and get the job done with quality, quality. I consider myself very fortunate to have them as a rental company. Sincerely.
