        I am a long time Starbucks customer but this is one of the worst services we have EVER gotten from the team that served us here today this morning. The servers were out of control because they seemed understaffed. But that should not have been a reason for them to be out of control. They seemed to have gotten everyone's orders wrong. I was with my friend and they forgot about us completely and when we got the order, it was not what we had ordered. The WORST service that we ever got in any coffee shop. There were others at that time as well who experienced the same.
