Ok, I didnt want to post this but I think I will after 2 consecutive days where I spent $29 each day. I didnt want to complain but whoever is managing this store needs to know whats going. Yesterday I ordered 2 Thrive Aa Bowls online and a hot chai tea, ok when I got there there only one aa bowl was in the bag, the girl running the front apologized and told me they will make the other right away which they did. Both aa bowls and hot chai tea tasted really good but I really shouldnt be babysitting employees to make sure my whole order is in the bag, if this was a Doordash order, the driver would of had left with one aa bowl instead of 2. I went today again and I saw different people running the store, I dont know what the aa bowls were missing but they werent as sweet as the ones from yesterday, it lacked sweetness, also my hot chai tea was really lacking chai flavor, it barely tasted like chai tea, taste was not the same as the yesterday. I feel like these kids who are preparing food dont pay attention to orders and I didnt want to call and complain because I never see a manager there. I spent almost $60 on 2 days here and this was not a good experience for me to go back at all and I live around the corner from this store.
