Poor service

Store hours show Saturday 11-6pm. We showed up at 150pm. Store was completely dark, and doors locked. No signs indicating 'Out for Lunch' or even when they'd be returning. An employee for the next door business was cleaning outside and said oh, your better off calling before you come, their hours vary differently then what the door says. Seriously, like whhhhhy tho??

David was very helpful in getting my information straightened up that the Customer Agents on the phone couldn't. It's better to go to the store.
