This dental office is very clean and all the personnel are very friendly.

This visit was for my 17 months baby girl. So I called for the one on Downey but they said they only take 5 yrs and higher but the one on Norwalk takes toddlers so I was ok. They said to arrive 30 min before my app to sign papers so I did so they were closed they opened at 10am on that day. I sign we waited i notice that to take toddlers they don't have childrens stuff like toys books or childrens movies. My daughter was curious so she just walked around back and forward then i notice her diaper was low and i was time to change her diaper we go to the restroom they don't have diaper changing stations at all i had to go out and change her in my car. 30 min after her app she gets called in the space inside was small no tv for the patient to watch while waiting no stickers in the walls at least make 1 or 2 rooms kids friendly the dr. Comes in really nice person no complain about him but i did have to pushy daughter back so he can check her teethes while crying the nurse was just standing back. She got an app in 6 months but im not taking her back i don't think its equipped for kids at all.

Poor customer serviceakd waste of time. I Had an appt scheduled 3-4 weeks ago for today. They tried to cancel today's appt because they want me to see hygienist day of my exam and cleaning and they apparently don't have one right now. I told them that I have a broken filling that needs to be addressed and fixed. They said okay I can only have that done today and I can't have my routine exam and cleaning until middle of next month. Note my filling has broken more since intial break. I come in 15 mins early, not tended to on time as always, xray taken, told broken filling (already know) then informed I can't do today and need to reschedule. What was the whole point of me coming in? Mind you I am trying to schedule around work. Note next available appts are far out. I scheduled weeks ago, arranged it with work, came in early, told it was going to be taken care of today and it was not! Smh so disappointed in them, bunch of inconvenience and mislead information. Hoping my tooth doesn't progress even more until I can get it addressed.
