Be careful about this dental and implant place, they tried to lie and overcharge me. They doctor only care about money, they claimed the maximum from my insurance without any detail explaining. The doctor said my tooth is crashed, and his wife came out to ask me prepay them even though I have Delta PPO. I went to the other dentist, the doctor said my tooth is fine, no crash. The hygienist was not experienced, and I did not like the service, they forced me to finish the service, otherwise, I have to pay them cancelation fee. But they canceled my appointment last minute with a bogus reason before. They even asked me to pre-pay my husband's implant for 6400 dollars and I can not cancel it, the dentist's wife misleading me and want to operate the surgery right away, so she can took money from my account immediately. Finally, the surgery can not performed until 3 moths later, because the tooth just polled up. You can see how desperate the dentist's wife are! She refused to refund 6400 dollars back to my account and I have to do dispute with my credit card. The service never performed and why I have to pay them in full? The dentist's note costs 150 dollars because the dentist is a special not a general dentist according to the dentist's wife. They are not a real Christians. A real Christians won't done those kind of things with their customers. Be careful!

Dr. Chen will crack u up. His business is all business though. This place is on the cutting edge of dentistry. There very kind and caring. The prices are very fair for the amount of tech that is used.

There's a particular kind of shame that comes with taking, nay, smacking a piece of candy out of a baby's hand. My previous review of this place is blasphemy comparing to the reality of things. I am truly ashamed for what I did. For anyone who came here because of the passionate review, I deeply, sincerely apologize. I am sorry. The man who did this to me is still operating, taking patients and getting paid for butchering what the evil tooth fairy would probably hire him for.  The details what happened is.. not only grotesque, unjust but absolutely unnecessary.  I came in because of a coupon in my mailbox-- that was the first mistake.  NEVER go to a medical professional who advertises with coupons. I should've known better but my bank account disagreed and I let it happen. Not only did I pay for this guy to take out my two front teeth, I let him crack the inside of my bones with a hammer that rattled my brain while I'm fully conscious.  I sat in that chair that day feeling whats at the end of his chisel and hammer vibrating my entire skull while resisting biting down on anything.  Every time I left that place it's like my lips and gums have been replaced with novocaine induced Vienna sausages and I'd just been through the ringer with Mike Tyson's left hook.  Numbing me up with an insane amount of anesthetic was common. I went with it because everything he did caused pain and swelling. Even a cavity filling left me sausage lipped for hours if not days. He took CT scans without asking me to remove any of my facial piercings, then show it to me as we go over the treatment plans. How he loved that CT machine, it was maybe a year after I started going there when he wanted to do a third CT scan on me. I said no in fear of tumors, a doctor should know this. A negligent professional would ignore it. I'd spent somewhere between 8-10 grand over the course of two years and all I bought was more problems.  After removing my front teeth, at the age of 27-28, he had me wear these removable dentures, placement teeth, which induces the amount of plague and teeth stone.  He kept on telling me it's because there's not enough bone so he can't do anything. He didn't even try doing to bone graft after the teeth extractions but just left them.  I listened because I'm an idiot, trusting and scared.  The guy's wife works there as the bill collector, a title that was only made clear through her actions. And not a very good one at that. After the first couple of visits, my invoices went from a full print out that I can look but not bring home, to little post-it notes with a lump sum of what I owed.  There was a false sense of security because it felt like visiting home.  Every time she talked to me, she preferred to call me by my given name and not the name I ask to go by.  The first time I wrote a check- 4.5 grand she said it bounced, then proudly shows me a print out of the bank saying it bounced and that they're going to charge me a fee for it because I didn't have enough in there, I looked and the print out clearly states I had enough to cover.  I had to borrow money just to write this check, I knew how much I had.  The dentist here also sent me to the endodontist he works with to do several root canals, one of which became infected, located near two other teeth with root canal also done there.  When I asked for what to do, they not only referred me to either keep retreating the wrong tooth but also wanted to extract the wrong tooth.  But hey, they crowns Dr. Chen put in were gorgeous and that's all it matters right?  Molars I can't use. It's been at least five years since I've been able to chew on my right side. My facial structure has now all shifted. It'a permanently changed the way I look.  i should've gone to another dentist but I was terrified. I knew I needed to but then the pandemic hits and shoot... let the procrastination begin. On top of it all, I had two implants done there, one of which failed, got severely infected after the second year. It's not until I went to an actual competent dental surgeon did I realize these implants are not only tiny but made of cheap material. All to save money while I pay the full price. They knew I'm disabled and they still took advantage. They knew I made no money and yet they still spend my checks. Oh, also, American Express users are not welcome here. Dolly always asks for Visa or Masters because AE charges a higher percentage. That's discrimination of your vendors and customers. There's much much more they've done that I don't feel comfortable taking about on here but this is not a good place. It's cloaked in evil in a parking lot where fortunes await but not visited. The worst part is when I told Dolly my implant is infected and swollen, doctor suddenly has to go on two weeks vacation, leaving that day. I'm still trying to get the total amount I've paid  over the years, I still owe them for the two crowns I never put in on the implants he savagely drilled in.
