      image Our washer died so we decided to shop for a new one. They had the one we were interested in at Home Depot, Best Buy and Howard's. We chose Howard's because they had a competitive price and had one in stock.

      image We needed to replace our DOA built in refrigerator. Most places stated there was an extended waiting period to have one delivered (up to 12 mo.!) Howards was able to deliver one in a week. The salesman, Dong Kim, was very helpful and the delivery guys were very efficient. I only wish they would provide actual documentation for the extended warrantee.
