The store's quality assurance for inventory is lacking. I wanted a metal dish rack and all of them were cheap looking and all bent out of shape. I ended up going to TJ Maxx for half the price. Upon exploring more of the store, it felt empty like Sears and JC Penny a few years before their closures. The shelves were stocked but the products are dusty, outdated (2010 era feeling), and asking full price. The only way to get cheaper prices is through a $29/year membership. Today's store visit just felt disconnected with what current home trends are.

Enjoy going to Bed Bath & Beyond.. They have pretty much everything I need for my house.
The only disappointment is that the posted hours are not the actual hours. They open an hour past the posted hours. Very
inconvenient.
The store was very clean but they've cut down on their inventory.
The store employees were very sweet.
