    Worst apartments I have ever rented at. The apartment managers are unresponsive and I also tried reaching out to the regional manager, but never got a response even after waiting 2 weeks. Tenants get away with anything, including smoking cigarettes directly in their home and affecting all nearby neighbors. I am currently in the process of pursuing litigation for hazardous living conditions and negligence from tenants and apartment managers. If you're considering renting at these properties, please do yourself a favor and look elsewhere. I understand that housing may be difficult to find right now, but it still isn't worth it.

    Good luck the regional manager is to lazy to call anyone back. You can call all you want, but no one at the corporate office follows up. They have no problem taking money from hard working people, but when it comes to giving costumer service none is to be given. I'm turning to social media to get the influencers to take down this company. The Regional Manager called me on 8/3 after calling her several times and said she was going to do some research and call me back. Still waiting for a call back didn't know it takes weeks to research items( no back call as of 8/27). Stop telling me to contact Customer Cares they don't follow up or resolve issues. I let him know about a lease violation I received for having a potted plant at my front nowhere in the lease does it state it, but people have potted plants on the ledge of their patios through out the community that are not addressed. Plus this is stated in the lease as a violation and can cause damage to the building it clearly shows how much they really care about protecting the asset of the owners property. On 8/4 they left a vacant unit wide open door to the house open all lights on it didn't get closed up until I sent an e-mail at 9:47pm saying you left your vacant unit open. This is poor management and when we have homeless living in the utility closets you don't ever want to leave a unit open. If I was the Regional some people would have been written up. I guess when you have a family member (brother) high up at corporate you can do whatever you want as the manager.

    Mountain Creek in Corona here - The place used to be awesome, but since Western National took over, it feels like talking into the void. Is Western National even comprised of real people? I wouldn't be surprised if they're actually just a single dusty old computer running Windows 98 controlled by an AI software built by another AI software that hates itself. It's strange because I see many other reviews here claiming that their communities are strict, but it's the complete opposite here. Nobody seems to care about anything, and tenants get away with anything they want. I've tried getting in touch with their "Customer Cares" hotline, but I'm now certain that those are just going straight from inbox to trash bin. I'm throwing in an extra star because the maintenance tech is great.
