MEI Property Management

I rented one of the townhomes in Irvine for the past 2 years. Great well maintained place and safe neighborhood. The only reason I moved was I relocated out of state otherwise I would have kept renewing. The time I needed a repair they were quick to get things repaired and very responsive never had an issue. Will miss living there and the neighborhood. Would highly recommend them.

We have been tenants for the past 2 years and have been very impressed with MEI Property Management.  They have been very prompt every time we have contacted them with a service request.  They respond immediately and contact a repair person and within a day or two, the repair is completed.  They do a great job of following up after the repairs to make sure everything has been fixed and then we are refunded for the services.  MEI Property Management has been very pleasant to work with.  We highly recommend their company for their great service and professionalism.

As a single Mom with a special needs son and a dog, I found it tough to find a nice home that was not only in a safe area, but had a great school system. I was extremely fortunate to luck out and find exactly what I was looking for through MEI Property Management. My son and I lived in a beautiful home that was in a gated community in a top notch school district as well. I only had one small issue with an outside water leak, however they were right there to help out and fix the issue ASAP, only to find out it had nothing to do with the home or property. It was a "city" issue and was taken care of quickly. They have beautiful properties that they pride in and if anything is needed they are there to help and resolve any issues. You will only get 100% satisfaction when you rent from them. I highly recommend them.
