Terrible customer service. Came here and most of my nails broke. Dont recommend this place not to mention they are expensive. I was 5 min late to my appointment and they wouldnt see me. Overall terrible experience

This is the first time I came to this nail salon. They do not know how to do their job well here. And they are very expensive. And they can not do the model we show them. Everything they put on to decorate the nails was removed within two hours. I recommend that you never go to this salon

I did the dip. That is my go to manicure, and it started to chip a little over a week. Dip is supposed to last 2 to 3 weeks. I am not happy.

This is my first time beeing in luxury nail.for my pedicure and manicure , my manicure took less than 10 min, she basically did nothing, just put my nail in water took them out and file it and thats all, and For the nail polish, if i ask 3 years old girl she would definitely done it better than her, my nails are dirty now and she did not even accept that she did not done a good job. Any ways I asked who is the manager, a guy was sitting there he just said ya its not clean I can see and thats all. They charged me 55$ for do nothing. Its not a bout money , its about your customers Time & satisfaction, I wont recommend them at all. And I would not go to theirr salon at all, basically its my first and last time.
