COSMO X 333 NAIL BAR

So many good things to say about this salon. Cosmo Nail Bar has a really convenient location. I appreciate a discount for cash, but prefer not to carry cash on the regular. Cosmo is just a few doors from Bank of America...easy-peasy, hello discount on their already reasonable prices. Plus, location has plenty of parking. Let's talk decor. Modern, bright vibe with pedi chairs that have separate bowls. That's a big selling point for me. But, it's all about the skill of the nail tech/artist. Please treat yourself to an appointment with Vi (pronounced Vee). She is fierce, funny, and feisty! And, she knows her business. When Vi said, "trust me," I believed her. She recommended a poly-dip mani with gel. It was perfect for my needs. Her almond shaping is lovely. On each of my visits another tech did my lacquer pedi. They were great. Wish I got their names. Cosmo's nail color selection is sizeable. Lots of matching gel, dip, and lacquer. Upbeat, yet relaxing, and welcoming environment. I've really enjoyed my appointments.

Great nail place! Super clean, super nice and my nails lasted 4 weeks. Been there twice now and I am so happy!

my nail beds were BLEEDING AND HURTING for 3 days straight due to the violent filing. i was debating wether or not to leave a negative review because the front desk girl was really nice. but the guy who did my nail in order to save time rushed using the thickest biggest electronic nail remove tool to remove my dead skin i walked in an hour before they close, and told them i only want 1 coat to save them time, also i mentioned i have sensitive + thin skin, instead of removing my dead skin with proper tools he used such unprofessional way to rush through the process. DO NOT RECOMMEND this place

This is my go-to nail salon. Vi is a very talented nail tech whose detailed work always leaves me 100% satisfied. I have struggled in the past to find someone I could trust to take good care of my nails and execute on any new design ideas I came in with, but I can always rely on Vi to repair, correct, and perfect my nails. I have yet to see Vi meet a nail design she could not duplicate from a photo, and if you are ever struggling to think of a design for your own nails, you can draw inspiration from whatever new and beautiful design she has done on her own nails! The salon itself is also very nice and clean, and they always offer you something to drink while youre there. I very much enjoy any time I can get away and get a mani and/or pedi at this nail salon with Vi.

I'm from out of town and needed to get my nails done because I kept picking at my dry cuticles and Cosmo 333 was within one mile from where I was staying. I went on 29October2923 and the place was clean and beautiful. Everyone was very friendly as well as welcoming. I asked for a pedi regular polish and mani French gel and was offered a seltzer water which was nice and refreshing. Two technicians served me at the same time, one for the mani and the other for the pedi. I left there very grateful and happy I had stopped picking at my cuticle so mission accomplished. Just three days ago my French gel nails started peaking at the cuticles and today the polish is actually flaking off. This has happened a couple of times before in all the years that I've been getting the same mani and pedi but I'm not in Cali now and not able to go to the facility to have them correct it but it is quite disappointing to invest into the treatment and to tip $15 to each technician just to have my French gel mani start to peel. I'm hoping that they are able to give me a credit for the next time I visit Irvine. Services: Pedicure, Gel manicures
