BROKER BEWARE - THEY DO NOT DO DACA RECIPIENTS. During my process of the loan. I was not aware that they do not have a program that would allow DACA recipients. That is fine. i would had thought that during the underwriting process that my loan would be denied. If underwriter would had denied my client, that is perfectly fine. But instead, gave me conditions and said my file was under suspension because of income. Client makes about 10,000 a month, based on tax returns, and said nothing about the DACA. A week and half later, after asking processor and AE and relationship managers a few questions, finally was told there was no program. I could had already had it in another lenders hand a week before. Wast of time.
