Worked with Jeff Raines on a DCSR loan. Although he found me an amazing rate and was on top of thing, I ended up not needing it after all due to multiple potential properties being sold to others. Will definitely recommend to other investors.

The receptionist is pompous and does not know law. I called to asked a lawful question that can be easily searched on google and was unprofessionally laughed off the phone and asked if I smoke spice because it was something the representative has not heard of. Not professional at all. I havent received a loan from them but the receptionist alone was enough evidence of work ethic. He non-chalantly told me that he knew all about the federal code that I mentioned but could not cite or quote any factual information from the code itself meanwhile giving me an explanation based on personal opinion. I see why there are only three positive reviews for this business.
