Jeff came recommended through our real estate agent, Andrew Liu. Jeff was amazing. He was so knowledgeable and patient with us as first time home buyers who didn't know anything about buying a home. Jeff was always available to answer our questions and expedite our loan approval, even working nights and weekends, which helped us to close escrow in 21 days. In this crazy market, any edge you can get is HUGE! We went from zero (just browsing homes, not even a loan pre-approval) to owning our dream home in probably less than 30 days. Insane. He was very organized and just a great guy in general.

Highly communicative, reliable, and friendly I worked with Jeff to buy my first house and he was extremely highly communicative, reliable, and friendly. Since it was my first property, I felt pretty intimidated by the whole process, but Jeff made me feel very comfortable along the way by patiently answering any questions I had, as well as proactively informing me about things I would need to know as a first-time homeowner. 100% would recommend Jeff to anybody, and look forward to working with him again!

Jeff is the person you want to work with in entrusting with this tough housing market. As first time home buyers, its very confusing and lots to learn, but Jeff will really take the time to answer any of your questions/concerns and explain the whole process to you and is always available if you need to chat or have something explained to you. Jeff would always be in sync with what we wanted and always contacted our real estate agent to keep track of our status and to proactively make sure that we were making smart choices and getting our offer as best as we could. Having Jeff on your team is something you want! Jeff would contact the agent of the home we were interested in buying in and proactively ask for updates on our offer, so you know Jeff REALLY goes above and beyond of what any other mortgage officer would do. Especially in this tough market you really want someone who is knowledgeable and Jeff always made us feel like a priority. Other lenders really cannot compare and are pushy and can be aggressive, but Jeff is very respectable and honestly am so grateful to have been able to work with Jeff and his team. Amy is amazing to work with as well and handled all our paperwork and really was so communicative and helpful in this whole process. I would 1000% recommend Jeff and Amy to anyone! Jeff and Amy were incredibly helpful in guiding me through the refinance process.  I had no idea what to do or what would be involved, but they took me by the hand every step of the way.  They were always accessible and always very quick to respond to any questions or concerns I may have had.  And I had many.  I really appreciated how they took their time explaining to me how to do this and why I had to do that and then explaining it to me again until I understood.  There is so much paperwork to fill out and so many documents to be gathered it can be very overwhelming. I am so grateful that they held my hand every step of the way.  I also really liked their spirit and attitude, they were professional and very friendly. I spoke with several other lending companies before I decided to go with Fairway Independent Mortgage.  I did some research regarding other companies and found that many of them start out very helpful at first and then once they get you to work with them, they dump you on to some other company and you no longer get the personal attention you were expecting.  A lot of mortgage companies will come out of the woodwork wanting to get your business.  I feel so blessed to have worked with Jeff and Amy. Actually, Jeff handled the refinancing on my daughter's home.  She was very happy with him and recommended him highly to me.  As someone who didn't know what they were doing, I foolishly wasted a lot of time seeking out various other mortgage companies.  Well, I had to learn on my own.  I'm so happy I decided to do business with Jeff and Amy. Words to describe my experience working with them are,  supported, valued, heard, respected, honored, and appreciated.  It was truly a pleasure doing business with this team. Refinancing can be extremely daunting and stressful but thank goodness I had an excellent group to work with.
