I've used Eric and his team for one original mortgage and two refis. My requirements for each were different; the original mortgage I wanted done fast to close ASAP. Eric made it happen fast. My refis were about timing the market and Eric gave me weekly updates on the rate trends and his opinion on the best time to lock in a rate. I feel like Eric is always looking for the best "win-win" opportunities with his clients. So I give Eric and team 5 stars. They listened to what I wanted out of each transaction and then pulled out the stops to give it to me.

I do not recommend them at all. First person said she'd get right back to me and she didn't. And I couldn't reach her and she was aware we were on a time crunch. Then Eric and I scheduled a call after I'd sent all my necessary paperwork and he didn't answer when I called at our scheduled time. He never called back, no text, no email, just ghosted me. Bazaar.

Eric and his team guided me through my first home purchase. He is very easy to talk with and was transparent about the process and final numbers so there were no surprises at any point during the loan process. Excellent communication by Eric and his team! Can't wait to do it again on my next home!
