4 years ago I wrote my first 5 star review for Ryan Grant and his team when they helped us buy our first home. I now have the pleasure of writing another excellent review as they helped us navigate buying our new home. Huge thanks to Byron Watson, and the whole team at NEO as we were under the gun to have the loan approved in time for us not to miss out on our dream home. They also worked and communicated very well with our agent and the listing agent to make sure everything was in order and progressed smoothly. I would highly recommend them to anybody who is looking to buy a home.

Amit Singh and the Ryan Grant/NEO Home Loans team were extremely easy to work with. We appreciated their level of expertise and their ability to advise us to get the most competitive rate possible. Their relationship with our agent made the homebuying process smoother than we expected and their milestone checklists/use of technology simplified our understanding of the home loan process. We also loved the special touch they provided with not one, but two(!) cookie deliveries. Thank you for your help - we are very pleased with how things turned out!

My husband and I recently purchased a home with the help of Byron, Jinny, Derek and Russell. I could list a hundred reasons why I love this group so much, but a few that stood out are: 1. From day 1, they’ve been very honest and transparent and there was never any surprises that could push back our escrow. If they thought that we would have possible issues, they told us upfront and so we were always prepared for anything. 2. If it’s your first time purchasing a house, terms and numbers are confusing. But they’ve explained everything to us so well. And if we found a house that we liked, all we need to do is send Byron the address and he would email us with the numbers which really prepared us for anything! 3. They’re all easy to reach. I could email now and get a response in less than an hour, and if it’s important, I could get a call back in minutes. 4. Customer service skills is unparalleled. 5. They give you cookies from Cravory cookies (which is to die for). And once Russell found out that we loved the cookies, they sent us another box! So if I could give them 10 stars, I would. We’ve had such a great experience with this team, and would highly recommend them to our friends and family.

The team at Neo Home Loans made the process of buying our first home completely seamless- I cannot recommend them enough. From our first zoom call with Jon and John, we knew we were in great hands, and it was all uphill from there. We knew exactly where we stood every step of the way, and they worked through every possible scenario and calculation with us, and always made sure to clarify every single one of our million questions. Manya was extremely diligent when it came to collecting all of our materials and helping us make sure we got every last document we needed, and was always keeping us up to date on the status of the process. When it came down to an offer, Jon got on a zoom call with us last minute on a Sunday night to ensure that everything got done quickly. If it wasn’t for that kind of customer service in this crazy market, we would have missed out on our home. We are beyond grateful to Jon, John, Manya, and the entire Neo Team!
