Worst bank to do business with. Used them as a pre approval through a dealer, you will have to call hundreds of times just to get someone on the phone. Double check your double checks verify your payments go through and dont expect a call back if you choose that option on the waiting list. Literally the worst experience ever.

If you're looking to drop you credit score by a couple hundred points, get a loan from this company! They will randomly cancel your auto pay and then report your credit as past due without contacting you.

Called 3 times to verify whether or not my payoff check had been received, each time they told me no. Then less than 24 hours after my phone call my check had been cashed by them. Also sent a complaint to their customer service email telling them about my experience and how I had been lied to. The response I got from the email was to call their customer service.....
