Glidewell

Unfortunately our lab cant seem to get away from Glidewell because theyre such a large vendor but the customer service here is absolute trash. Ive had to call about the same minuscule problem 4x in the past 2 months. Your CSR team says its been taken care of only for the problem to reappear in 2 weeks. Your accounting department is in shambles and nobody seems to be on the same page.

Dishonest & Untrustworthy. I ordered a Hahn Implant kit Sept 14 and they charged the correct amount to my credit card of over $4500. I realized within a couple days I could not get the necessary restorative components to use the Hahn system for my cases. I still had not received the surgical kit and did not accept the shipment as GD had directed me. They received it back on Sept 27. They told me at the time that they would not issue my refund for 3-4 weeks even though they have the unopened, never delivered kit back in their possession. As of today, October 21, I have still not received my refund.

I've always had 5 star treatment with Glidewell direct. My rep. Jae goes above and beyond. I've used both the Hahn and Inclusive implant lines. I think Glidewell offers a tremendous value. Thanks!

so many different hands involved something always goes wrong. go to a normal lab. youll be happy you did. unless they are horrible. then just close shop and open a restaurant

Negligence and lack of care, their quality on product is hit and miss, it depends, who you are dealing with, this is scary, my fellow Dentist BE AWARE
